Swedish Learnster secures SEK 31 million for continued growth

Learnster, the innovative provider of learning platforms, announced today that the company has secured SEK 31 million in a new investment round. The new financing will further develop Learnster's products in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and AI and accelerate the company's growth through international expansion.

The investment round is led by Tom Nyman Holding and backed by Söderberg & Partners and Subvenio Invest. Tom Nyman will become Chairman of the Board in connection with the capital raise.

Financially, we have seen steady ARR growth over the past few years (55% average annual growth) and currently have approximately SEK 40 million in ARR. Our next goal is to reach SEK 100 million in ARR, which we believe is achievable by 2025 with continued strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions," Kraft concludes.
